At AXXS, one of our core fundamental values is putting our players first. This means we are always striving to put the safety and well-being of our players above all else, ensuring the integrity of our platform.

This value is central to us and to make sure this is met in how we operate our business; our Fair Use guidelines are designed to outline how we expect our players to behave, and how our platform will handle those that operate in a disruptive or harmful manner.

These guidelines tie directly back to AXXS’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between this policy and our Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy, the provisions of our Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy will prevail.

To help us cultivate the best platform possible, as a player, you must adhere to the following guidelines and rules:

General Misconduct

The AXXS platform does not tolerate any kind of misconduct on our platform or within our game. This includes:

  Hate speech, racism, or discriminatory language: It is strictly forbidden to attack people based on their skin color, race, sexual orientation, gender, religion, disability, or other factors about their person. This includes slurs, discriminatory remarks, or anti-social behavior.

  Swearing: Swearing and use of offensive language will not be tolerated on the AXXS platform.

  Use of loophole language’, profanities and other unsuitable language: The use of ‘loophole language’, which is language that attempts to circumvent AXXS language guidelines, is not allowed on the platform. This also includes profanities, or other unsuitable language.

  Use of third-party intellectual property: You may not use or reproduce any copyrighted material, trademarks or other intellectual property of any other third party on the AXXS platform.

  Use of our intellectual property: You may not use any of our copyrighted material, trademarks or other intellectual property owned by us except where we have expressly permitted it in writing.

  Threats or Harassment: It is strictly prohibited to threaten to harm or inflict violence upon any player on the AXXS platform. You must not carry out any anti-social witch-hunts, or callouts, of other players. This includes taking these remarks to outside social media platforms. You must not approach other players with romantic gestures or make romantic remarks, particularly if the other player has indicated they are not interested.

  Doxing: Do not, in any capacity, try to reveal the personal information of any player on the AXXS platform.

  Bullying: Do not bully other players for any reason, whether that be for playing ability, level, gender, or anything else.

Cheating and Exploitation

Cheating, including any use of third-party software to gain an advantage, on the AXXS platform is strictly forbidden. Any player found to be cheating in any form or exploiting the AXXS platform in any capacity, will be removed and may face a permanent ban. Any contracts that you have with us will be terminated and you will not be entitled to any refunds.

Cheating includes, but is not limited to:

  The use of hacks, mods, or programs that alter platform functionality.

• •

  Bots, or other forms of gameplay automation.

• •

  The set-up and use of multiple accounts.

• •

  Manipulating your connection to the AXXS platform in any capacity.

• •

  Abusing the refund functionality of the AXXS platform.

Other Violations

Other violations on the AXXS platform include:

  Impersonating AXXS staff, their friends or relatives, or any public figure.

• •

  Making any attempt to phish other players’ accounts.

• •

  Asking for personal contact information from another player.

• •

  Exploiting any software bugs you may encounter on the AXXS platform.

• •

  Encouraging others to break AXXS guidelines.

• •

  Engaging in anti-social behavior either alone or in a group that affects other players on the AXXS platform.

• •

  Using the social features of AXXS to advertise, spam, scam, or peddle a political agenda.

Consequences of Misconduct

The action that we take will be determined by us in our absolute discretion and will be based upon the nature of the violation. For most cases, as long as they are a first offense, you will be given a warning. This will be typically followed by a 7-day suspension from the platform if you break these guidelines again. After this point, depending on the severity of the offense, you may be removed from the platform completely and subject to a lifetime ban.

The AXXS moderation and admin team will treat every offense on a case-by-case basis and decide what level of disciplinary action is best suited for the player.

How Can I Dispute a Ban?

If you believe you have been banned without justification, or if you feel that we have made a mistake, you can reach out to AXXS support (support@axxs.sport) and submit a ticket to have your ban reviewed.

It’s important to state that at AXXS we expect all our players to operate with a level of respect, and decency, whilst playing on our platform.

Being unaware of the rules is never an excuse for breaking them. We strive to always make AXXS a fun and safe place for our players, and we expect that same level of commitment from our players as well.
